Established in 2006, Dongguan Kai Bao Precision Machinery Co., Ltd specializes in producing air sanders, air grinders and sanding pads. Our factory covers an area of over 5, 000 square meters and owns 56 assembly employees and 8 R&D technicians. We have our own 4-spindle machining device, CNC lathe, CNC grinding machine, milling machine, wire cutting machine, 3D detecting instrument, projector and hardness testing device etc.
80% of the accessories of the grinding machine and polishing machine are imported from the United States, Japan and Taiwan (for example, DuPont raw materials are used for wind impeller, Japanese materials are used for blades, Japan ijk is selected for bearings, Taiwan bar is used for small axis, etc. ), 12% of the accessories are directly imported from Taiwan, and 68% of the accessories are entrusted to Taiwan funded processing plants (with complete vehicle, washing and grinding equipment, complete testing equipment, and rich in Mechanical processing experience, with LSO management system) processing molding, qualified control of the accuracy of the first part size, to ensure the consistency of product quality, 99% of the products can pass the CE serious inspection, the products have been well received by the domestic and foreign industry.
